YOU NEED TO EAT!

For those of you experiencing hunger pains. Here's what I do and know:

I eat 9 times a day! Eat something...not giant meals. I do this and am only consuming about 1500 calories/day. Also lots of water is key for weight loss success. Do your very best to stay away from soda, juice and diet drinks as well. I do drink some small amounts of tea and/or coffee some days.

Rule of thumb, never go below 1200 calories per. Your body will slow your metabolism, store fat & leave you famished.

Listen to your body, know your body. When you have hunger pains, this is the alarm it's been TOO LONG since you ate last.This is a bad thing, you should learn your body well enough and know when you need to eat before the hunger pains set in. You need to be eating regularly to keep your metabolism boosted & going. Don't let yourself starve, your body will go into fat-storage mode.

Please note when I was a 400+ lb man I used to only eat 2 times a day and ate the wrong food for that matter.

Just some simple things to try. Commit to trying this for a couple weeks to see if you can get those hunger pains managed and the weight dropping again.

Now, I workout 5 days a week for about an hour & 20 min. and do my best to get at least 8 hours of sleep. A good regimen includes: 1) Cross-training/intense cardio & weight-lifting 2) Proper nutrition/balanced lean diet & 3) Sleep (at least 8 hrs.)

Don't eat too much....but MAKE SURE YOU EAT ENOUGH!!!!
